Our Services
Valley Powerwash provides residential exterior cleaning services across the Phoenix, Arizona metro area. Work is performed by vetted, independent subcontracted crews dispatched by Valley Powerwash. Quotes provided through our website are non-binding ballpark estimates; we confirm a firm price before any work is scheduled.
SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our quote form or crew application, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Valley Powerwash related to your request and service — including quote confirmations and follow-ups, appointment scheduling, missed-call text-backs, job status updates, dispatch details, and payment links. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP, email info@valleypowerwash.com, or call (602) 905-1699. Quotes & Pricing
Website estimates are approximate and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in writing (by text or call) before service. Additional charges may apply for conditions not disclosed at the time of the estimate.
Payments
Payment is due upon completion via the secure payment link we provide (processed by Stripe). Please do not pay crews directly on site — all payments are made to Valley Powerwash.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valley Powerwash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
